We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Boops. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process as outlined below.
Return Period
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- For EU customers, you also have the 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law, which allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must also be included.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. customised watches, clearance items). If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Return
- Email us at help@boops.co.uk with your order number.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Please do not send items back before contacting us, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at help@boops.co.uk so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at help@boops.co.uk
